Now Accepting Requests for Oct 22-25, 2020. The Philadelphia Fine Art Fair is a boutique fair limited to 40 spots. Upon submission of this application, show management and the Selection Committee will promptly review all potential exhibitors.
Exhibitors will be evaluated based on criteria that is inline with the fair’s vision and mission. Criteria may include the art period, genre, quality and price point.
Our Director of Fair Development will contact you to discuss booth rates and size options. Plus, we’ll discuss how your gallery program may best integrate into the fair. Upon mutual acceptance, a full registration must be completed, along with a $2,500 down payment. To reserve your spot in the fair, deposits may be paid via credit card. Invoice and specific details, along with insurance requirements and other documents, will be emailed to you.
Only galleries accepted by show management can participate in PFAF.
