This is a rare opportunity for the public to see this remarkably candid film!
The creation of this film coincided with the Brandywine River Museum’s major retrospective of the artist’s work in 2015. The discussion, led by curator Amanda Burdan, is a window into Wyeth’s inspirations and passions resulting in the extensive collection of work which spans six decades. Examples of his distinctive style in drawings, paintings, illustration and sculptures are woven throughout the film. Director Damon Sinclair will be present for a question and answer session after the screenings. Running time is one hour.
